This website helps households reply to Joshua Capellan and Vannessa Saleem’s wedding celebrations. Joshua and Vannessa manage the RSVP information.

Information we use

We collect your household name, Yes/No response for each celebration, sign-in email address, account identifier, and the time your response was saved. If you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives your basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile image when Google provides them. Email-code sign-in uses your email address to verify that you can access it.

Why we use it

We use this information to save one household RSVP per sign-in account, allow you to view or update your response, count household invitations for each event, and let approved wedding organizers manage replies. Google sign-in requests basic identity information only; it does not request access to Gmail messages, contacts, calendars, or Drive files.

Storage and service providers

RSVP records are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Supabase provides authentication and stores account information. Google handles Google sign-in, and Brevo delivers email sign-in codes. OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure serve the website. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may retain security and operational logs under their own privacy policies. Approved wedding organizers can view and export household responses. Responses are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your RSVP information or use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

Secure sign-in cookies keep your session and protect the login process. Temporary browser storage preserves your confirmed answers while you sign in and remembers the invitation entrance during your browser session. Pending RSVP drafts are used for up to two hours and removed after a successful save. The website does not include advertising trackers.

Your choices and deletion requests

Use the same sign-in account to view or change your saved RSVP. You can sign out at any time. RSVP information is retained for managing the wedding and related follow-up. To request access, correction, or deletion of your RSVP or associated sign-in account, contact Joshua and Vannessa at joshuacapellan407@gmail.com. Deleting an RSVP record does not automatically delete the separate authentication account or provider logs.
